The Earth Organization Hungary have a tree planting

In keeping with The Earth Organization’s efforts to get trees planted, The Earth Organization Hungary got busy.

It was a cold day in Budapest when The Earth Organization Hungary held one of their fantastic tree-planting events with great success. Despite the cold a large crowd turned out for the tree planting. The event was hosted by the Noah Animal Home Foundation of Budapest: http://www.noeallatotthon.hu/ this remarkable group is the largest of its kind in Hungary they save dogs, cats and many other animals from distressing situations.

The Earth Organization has teamed up with the Noah Animal Home Foundation before with excellent results. In their recent tree planting a 130 tree where planted. People were encouraged to bring their own trees and many obliged. The event has become a fun filled festival with face-painting, contests, animal feeding and a dog-training demonstration.

Visitors were also encouraged to adopt a pet if possible. Planting trees is a huge contribution to the environment and the Hungarian chapter would like to thank all those that contributed to this activity.
